What Clover is in the NextPay lineup

• Retail: Retail Growth plan ($84.95/mo) — inventory tracking, staff management, item-level reporting, discount/void controls.
• Restaurants (full service): Restaurant Growth ($89.95/mo) — table service, server management, orders to kitchen, bill splitting, tip management.
• Services & salons: Clover with appointments app ($[USER PROVIDED: price]) — appointment booking, no-show protection, invoice after service.
• Compact operators (small venues): Clover Mini (compact terminal, low-footprint) or Flex (mobile). Good for pop-ups, markets, food trucks.
• Hardware options: Placement ($0 down, monthly fee) or purchase outright.

Conversion & positioning

• If merchant already uses Clover: Likely on Fiserv's processing. Conversion play: move processing to our rails if they're on suboptimal rates. Upsell add-ons (Appointments, Advanced Inventory).
• If prospect is NOT using Clover: Pitch as the "Goldilocks" — easier than custom POS systems, more flexible than Square (app marketplace), all-in-one. Lead with familiar brand (merchants know Clover), hardware placement ($0 down), and our processing rates on top.

Rate conversation

If transitioning from Fiserv's rates: pull their statement, calculate effective rate, show our rate side-by-side. Clover merchants often pay per-item fees (hurts low-ticket stores) — interchange-plus or dual pricing usually beats them. If new to Clover, position our processing as part of the total cost: "Clover software + our rates = lower total cost than [competitor POS + their processing]."

Merchant FAQs

• Are there any true upfront costs for the merchant? Shipping is the only cost not covered — can be paid by the agent, merchant, or you. Everything else for hardware is included in the monthly placement fee.
• Is there an installation fee? No installation fee — done by phone, hardware is plug-and-play, Implementation team available if needed.
• Is there a training cost? No training cost — handled by Clover support over the phone.
• Is there a contract length? No contract. An Early Termination Fee can be added optionally.
• For repairs/replacements, how is the order handled? Tech team troubleshoots; if confirmed dead, they send a replacement. Broken device usually doesn't need to be returned, just proof it no longer works.
• What is the underwriting process for Clover? What documents are required? Driver's license and a voided check or signed bank letter. Underwriting moves quickly with no pending items.
