Give customers a choice when they pay — and protect your margin either way. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) and the processing fee is bypassed. Choose to pay by card, and the fee is passed to the customer. You collect the full invoice amount, every time.
How dual pricing worksDual pricing is its own program — not interchange or flat-rate. When a customer chooses to pay by card, the card price is higher to cover the fee, typically 3–4% depending on your card mix and volume. If you see a lot of AMEX or other higher-fee cards and you're not on the full 4%, a small amount of processing cost can still apply. Your specialist will set the rate that fits your mix.
